- In year 2000 we distributed the first Fireplaces functioning to alcohol.
The systems were very primitive, the burner consisted of a container which resembled more one pan than with a system of combustion.
One filled the container with 2 liters with liquid, one put at it fire and that functioned. But it was an extraordinary invention: finally a fire without smoke nor flue. - As of 2001 we became aware of the need for making safe our Fireplaces.
We then developed a very new burner which represented at the time a considerable progress, so much so that it today still is copied, used and manufactured by the majority of our competitors.
We call it “old generation”. - In 2007, we invented a new version of this burner with a system of opening and closing per ball bearing.
- In 2009, new standard NF D35-386 was published. We had worked 2 years with the editorial board of AFNOR to obtain this standard.
It corresponds exactly so that we had imagined, an entirely made safe electronic system, a new generation of off-set burners.
